Golden Gate Park (08/06/2021)

today i had planned to walk around Stow Lake, on what was supposed to be a sunny day. the weird and unnaturally orange sunlight was a sad reminder of all the wildfires happening right now. but, it was a pleasant walk, as always. and i even had time to walk up and down Strawberry Hill, where i got to watch a Wilson’s Warbler flitting about. THE highlight was standing amidst the Garden Heliotrope bushes, which is easily the best crack in the city right now. i was high the entire time. had no idea they smelled so amazing! if you know where some are right now, i highly recommend a visit.
