today we did some Naturing in SCruz County! we visited Nisene Marks and got to see the magnificent Twisted Grove! along with some new-to-me flora and fungi. we then headed over to the Pogonip and got see the Spring Boxes (thanks, Yvonne!!), the lime kiln (wow!), and the enchanting rock garden (omg!). along with a charming Bewick’s Wren, new-to-me fungi, a stunning Varied Thrush, and a small bird we need to ID… ended our day with the sunset over Rio Del Mar Beach. just a lovely day enjoying some of SCruz’s magical places.
