today we had just enough time to walk around Stow Lake before happy hour time. it was nice and foggy out and grew moreso as it gradually got darker. the fog horns may have even prompted a heard but not seen coyote crying out after it!

in other news, i’m seeing more and more blooming flowers that i recognize from when i first started Naturing last March, like this Himalayan Jewel Orchid. but it seems early? too soon? guess they bloom and are around til early spring??
