today i did Spring research at the Chain of Lakes Garden and South Lake. the garden is bursting with native flowers, and the bees and bumblebees and even yellowjackets were so flippin’ happy. i love that garden with no name. South Lake was as uninspiring as always, but i managed to find lots of newtome flora on the outskirts of it. it just might make it into THE BOOK. think i’ll finish my Spring research this week as planned, woo!
