today i got out for some mid-day Naturing with Carol Franger! we walked through El Polin Spring, up to Inspiration Point, and back to the Presidio Wall Playground. gorgeously clear day, and views of the bay were divine. after Carol left me, i wandered a bit and checked the house on Pacific where i’d seen Barn Owl babies last year, and an ADULT BARN OWL was sleeping peacefully in the right eave! horrible photo, but it’s tough when you’re facing the sun and trying to capture something in the shade. hope to see babies again in these eaves in the spring!
