today we braved the chilly winds and walked around Stow Lake somewhat. we took the Pioneer Trail to the Boathouse and looped around the lake counter clockwise. got to see a group of Cedar Waxwings amongst the many American Robins along the PT, of which dozens of Cherry-plum trees are already blossoming. also got to see a red Abutilon bud (?) that totally reminded me of an alien face. so happy we were able to get some Naturing time in before THE STORMS ARRIVE.
