today we aimed for Stow Lake (East side) and back on the Pioneer Trail. after passing Squirrel Central, we were looking at a female Yellow-rumped Warbler and Ruby-crowned Kinglet when we heard hooting. from two Great Horned Owls. and then saw them. like we do, la la la.
