birding along the Chain of Lakes on a day when the sun was out in full force even near the ocean! what a difference birding earlier in the day and with expert birders. highlights include Yellow Warblers, Warbling Vireos, Common Yellowthroat, Belted Kingfishers, Western Wood-Pewee, Western Tanagers, Townsend’s Warblers, Hutton’s Vireo, and i’m sure i’m forgetting something! and, as expected, i’ve got Warbler’s Neck as a reward!!
