sometimes two photos aren’t enough. today we finally returned to begin completion of The Presidio! we strolled around the pond near ILM, the Palace of Fine Arts, and the Wave Organ (which i’d never been to). highlights include seeing so many frickin’ Black-crowned Night Herons on the back of the island at the PoFA, Harbor Seals in the bay, terns (Caspian and Elegant?) over the bay, Willets and Least Sandpipers on the beach edges, and just enjoying the bay on a glorious day.
