today was all about checking the small starred spots on my map near our place: Kite Hill, Mount Olympus and Stairs, Corona Heights Park. highlights included a nice tiny gardeny spot at the base of Kite Hill and another stairway with house entrances on it (Mt. Olympus Stairs), where one home had a mirror outside its entrance!
